The Barney Bund Pipe Bund is a reusable, high-strength floor-mounted containment unit designed to protect service holes and access points from water ingress during construction. Quick to install with basic tools, it creates a tight surface seal using a compressible foam ring and secure bolt fixings. Ideal for temporary site protection, it replaces traditional timber boxing with a faster, safer, and more sustainable solution.

Installation:
Clear debris from floor surface.
Place kit over the access hole or pipework.
Mark the 4 fixing points and remove bund.
Drill 6mm pilot holes 75mm deep.
Reposition bund and tighten each bolt gradually to compress the foam.
Place lid over top.
For windy conditions, secure lid with 4 extra self-tapping screws
